Stuffed ricotta shells with a variation of adding cream cheese. YUM

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Shells with Ricotta & Cream Cheese

8 oz pasta shells
16 oz mozzerella cheese, shredded
8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
6 cups spaghetti sauce
2 cups squash
8 oz fat free ricotta cheese
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Shells with Ricotta & Cream Cheese

  1. Prepare large shells as directed in boiling water

  2. rinse and cool

  3. mix , cream cheese, ricotta cheese, egg and 1/2 of mozzerella cheese in small bowl

  4. spoon mixture into cooked shells

  5. Pour 3 cups (1 can) spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9x13 dish

  6. Place stuffed noodles, seam side down on sauce

  7. Cover noodles with 3 cupas sauce then sprinkle remaining mozzerella cheese on top

  8. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until cheese starts to brown
