These are home made stuffed shells with ground chicken. I used 4 cups of cheese so I could definitly cut down on calories in that area. I also used diced tomatos which I forgot to add.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Shells

16 oz Ricotta cheese, part skim
1 egg
28 oz mozarella cheese, shredded
1 cup spinach, raw
12 oz Jumbo Shells
20 oz ground chicken
3 cups pasta sauce

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Shells

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. cook shells as directed on package. let cool.

  3. cook chicken in pan.

  4. while chicken is cooking mix all the other ingredients (except shells and one bag of cheese) together in a large bowl.

  5. When chicken is done cooking add to other ingredients

  6. line the bottom of pan with pasta sauce

  7. stuff shells and put in pan

  8. top shells with pasta sauce

  9. cover with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes

  10. after 30 minutes add the second bag of cheese on top of shells and bake until melted.
