Stuffed shells with spinach and cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed shells

135 4/5 g jumbo shells
1 egg
1/4 c mozzarella
2 c fat free cottage cheese
1/2 c parmesan cheese
12 oz Classico four cheese
220 g spinach, frozen

Recipe Directions for Stuffed shells

  1. Cook 14 shells.

  2. Combine pepper, spinach, egg white, 1/2 of mozzarella, cottage cheese, and Italian dressing.

  3. Place 1/2 of marinara sauce in pan.

  4. Stuff shells w/ 1 tbls of mix.

  5. Place shells in pan.

  6. Cover with remaining sauce and cheese.

  7. Cook at 400 for 35 min.
