Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with cheese mix and topped with meat sauce and cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Shells

1 can tomato paste
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
90 oz canned tomatoes
16 oz pasta
15 oz Ricotta
15 oz cottage cheese
2 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Shells

Cook meat and sauce (cans of diced tomato, tomato paste and seasonings) and pasta at the same time. Lay pasta out on wax paper to cool. Mix sauce and meat together. Mix stuffing mix (ricotta, cottage, spinach, shredded cheese). Layer glass pan with meat sauce and stuff shells. Cover shells with meat sauce and sprinkle cheese. Bake at 400 degrees. Makes 25-35 shells depending on how many survive being boiled.
