Not-so-great for a diet. Really meant for large gathering, 2 shells per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Shells

12 oz pasta shells
4 cups large curd cottage cheese
12 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 cup parmesean cheese, divided
2 eggs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp dried parsley
26 oz spaghetti sauce

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Shells

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook shells per package directions.

  2. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup parmesean cheese, 2 eggs, garlic powder, italian seasoning & parsley.

  3. Pour 1/3 of spaghetti sauce into large (9 x 13) baking dish. Stuff each shell with cheese mixture and place open side up in dish. Pour remaining sauce over stuffed shells & sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup parmesean cheese.

  4. Bake 25 - 35 minutes or until bubbly.
