Ricotta-stuffed pasta shells in sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Shells

2 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
3/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 egg
1 egg white
2 tsp parsley, chopped
8 oz pasta shells
52 oz pasta sauce

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Shells

  1. Cook shells for about 15 minutes. Drain, separate, and dry.

  2. Meanwhile, beat cheeses, egg and egg white, and parsley together until fluffy.

  3. Put a small amount of the pasta sauce in the bottom of a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish. Fill shells with one heaping tablespoon filling and fit into dish. Top with sauce.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until bubbly.
