The calories and fat are not correct. Although I put fat free cream cheese in the recipe, it is calculating fat and calories for regular cream cheese. Therefore, the calories are actually about 703 and the fat is 21.4 grams.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Shells

12 oz pasta shells
1 pound ground beef
8 oz fresh mushrooms
10 oz frozen chopped spinach
16 oz fat free cream cheese
8 oz mozzarella cheese
26 oz prego spaghetti sauce

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Shells

  1. Thaw spinach and squeeze to drain.

  2. Brown, drain, and rinse ground beef.

  3. Boil jumbo shells according to package directions.

  4. Mix together spinach, mushrooms, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

  5. Stuff shells with cheese mixture.

  6. Mix ground beef with spaghetti sauce.

  7. In baking dish, layer sauce, stuffed shells, and remaining sauce.

  8. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
