28 oz Tomato Sauce, All Purpose
6 oz Tomato Paste
3 tsp Sugar Light Brown
4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 cup Low Fat Ricotta
5 cup Spinach
1 large Egg, Whole
3 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 slice Reduced Fat Reduced Sodium Provolone Cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Shells

mix ricotta, spinach, egg and parm and stuff cooked shells. Cover with sauce and cook.
