These are great. I sometimes add spinach, onion, mushrooms, ground turkey or whatever to stretch calories for each shell. This recipe averages approximately 6 servings of 7 shells each! I figure 45-50 calories for each shell.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Shells - Lauri's Recipe

12 oz pasta shells
32 oz. fat free ricotta
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon parsley
2 garlic cloves
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Shells - Lauri's Recipe

  1. Mix ricotta, parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, chopped garlic and salt pepper taste.

  2. Boil pasta, drain and stuff when cooled.

  3. You can freeze these or place in pan and top with sauce. Bake at 350 about 45 min or until done.
