Stuffed Pepper service 6. . preheat oven to 350 F

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Sausage & Mushroom Peppers

6 g (oil vegetable g) Cooking Spray Canola Oil
1 cup chopped mushroom
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 pound Turkey Breakfast Sausage
2 garlic cloves, finely diced
11 ounces Soup Cream of Mushroom
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1/4 cup bread crumbs
6 bell peppers
1 cup cooked long grain white rice

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Sausage & Mushroom Peppers

  1. In a saute pan over medium-high heat add the spray. add mushroom, bell peppers and onion and saute for about 8 minutes. Add sausage and garlic and brown. Add rice and stir until mix, hot sauce and bread crumbs. Stuffed mixture in bell pepper and baked 20 minutes or done.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  3. Stuff peppers mixture and bake for 15 minutes..
