Peppers stuffed with ground turkey and basmati rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Red Peppers

1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
24 oz Everyday Turkey
15 grams Garlic

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Red Peppers

Wash and core the peppers, mix together 1 c. basmati to 1 package ground turkey, crush half of the tomatoes, add garlic powder and herbs deprovonce, 1/2 c. tomato juice. Stuff peppers with mixture. 1c. water in a large sauce pan, add stuffed peppers. Poor remaining tomatoes and juice on top place 3 pieces in 3 pieces of garlic . Bring to a boil, simmer for about 40 min. or until fork tender.
