Red peppers stuffed with ground beef, spinach, mushroom

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Red Peppers

3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
3 cup Spinach
16 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
1 small Onions
3 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
14 1/2 oz Stewed - Italian Recipe

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Red Peppers

  1. Clean peppers; slice in half

  2. Brown beef in pan; drain fat; remove from pan

  3. Sautee onion

  4. Add chopped mushroom and spinach

  5. Add ground beef

  6. Add can of tomatoes

  7. Mix/simmer for 5 mins.

  8. Add mix to cut red peppers

  9. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 for 25 mins.

  10. Remove from oven

  11. Add parmesan cheese to garnish
