Recipe Ingredients for stuffed red peppers

8 red peppers
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 pound onions
4 ounces green onions
1 green pepper
1 pound broccoli slaw
8 ounces cabbage
6 cups cooked brown rice
1/4 cup garlic
1 pound carrots

Recipe Directions for stuffed red peppers

  1. cut out centers of red peppers

  2. dice rest of veggies very fine

  3. mix meat with all veggies but red peppers

  4. stuff red peppers

  5. add water to bottom of pan

  6. cook 350 degrees until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees.
