Red bell stuffed with spinach and chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed red bell

0.5 medium Red Bell Pepper
0.5 cup Spinach
0.5 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Stuffed red bell

Cut red bell pepper in half and pack with raw spinach. Lay chicken breast on spinach and wrap in foil. I browned the chicken first and seasoned with cajun spices. Bake in foil at 350 for 30 minutes. The juice from the chicken cooks the spinach. You could add cheese to top afterward but it increases the calories.
