Pumpkin with a meat & rice stuffing.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Pumpkin

2 cups white rice
1 1/2 cups Gravy, Heinz, Heinz Home Style Savory Brown Gravy, Canned
1/2 pound ground beef, 20% fat
1 tbsp margarine
1 cup sweet corn
2 pound pumpkin

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Pumpkin

  1. Cut top off pumpkin and remove seeds.

  2. Cook white rice according to package directions.

  3. Brown meat in pan with margarine.

  4. Mix rice, meat, gravy and corn and fill hollowed out pumpkin.

  5. Bake at 350 for at least 2 hours until pumpkin is fork tender.

  6. Slice in quarters to serve. You can eat pumpkin flesh but do not eat skin.
