Looks so yummy!! My own version of something my mom used to make.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Potatoes

4 large russet potatoes
3/4 lbs extra lean ground beef
103 g cheese whiz
1/4 cup Kraft Light Reduced Fat Dressing Ranch
30 g Medium Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Potatoes

  1. Fry ground beef.

  2. Clean potatoes.

  3. Cover potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

  4. Bake for 1 hr at 350 degrees.

  5. Cut potatoes open and remove filling.

  6. Mix filling with everything else (except the cheese)

  7. Put filling back into the potatoes.

  8. Sprinkle with cheese.

  9. Reheat until hot!
