Potatoes stuffed with chilli beans, cheese and bell pepper

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Potatoes

1/2 Bell Pepper Red
100 grams Watties Hot Chilli Beans
3 medium potatoes
40 grams Colby Cheese
2 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Potatoes

Bake potato for ~45 min, cut in half and scoop most of the flesh into a bowl. Mix with other ingredients and stuff back into skins, bake for a further 10min or until filling is hot
