Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Potatoes

2 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
3.79 lbs baked potato (8 potatoes)
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup light cheese whiz
1 cup three cheese ranch

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Potatoes

  1. Directions

  2. Fry ground beef.

  3. Clean potatoes.

  4. Cover potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

  5. Bake for 1 hr at 350 degrees.

  6. Cut potatoes open and remove filling.

  7. Mix filling with everything else (except the cheese)

  8. Put filling back into the potatoes.

  9. Sprinkle with cheese.

  10. Reheat until hot!
