Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Portabello

4 oz portabello mushroom
1 oz whole wheat bread
2 oz spinach
1/2 oz low fat cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Portabello

  1. Mix all the stuffing ingrediants in a seperate bown

  2. Wash mushroom and place on a lightly oiled baking tray.

  3. Bake in 300 deg oven for 20mins
