Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Portabella

1 large mushroom
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tsp butter
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1/2 cup zucchini
1 tbsp parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Portabella

  1. saute onion, garlic and zucchini in butter until softened

  2. add breadcrumbs until moistened

  3. place mixture in cap of large portabella

  4. pour sauce and sprinkle cheese on top

  5. place under broiler until cheese is melted
