Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Portabella

6 ounce Mushrooms, Portabella
4 oz Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
3 cloves Garlic
4 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
54 grams (Biazzo) Fresh Mozzarella
1 teaspoon basil
1 dash Salt, Table
3 dash Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Parsley

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Portabella

  1. Brush caps with olive oil and balsamic mixture on outside then pour the rest in the cavity.

  2. Dice and combine all other ingredients, leaving some slices of mozzarella for placement on top.

  3. Bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes and garnish with parsley.

  4. Serve warm.
