Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed portabella mushroom

1 mushrooms
1 ounce goat cheese
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup spinach, chopped
1 slice tomato, chopped

Recipe Directions for Stuffed portabella mushroom

  1. Clean mushroom, set aside. Chop tomato and coarsely chop spinach and crumble goat cheese. Stuff into mushroom and drizzle with olive oil.

  2. Bake at 350-degrees for 20-minutes or until hot and bubbly.
