This is a low carb stuffed pepper

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Pork Pepper

4 oz Pork, Fresh, Ground, Cooked
0.25 cup, diced Celery
2 oz Carrots
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Pork Pepper

  1. process celery and carrots

  2. combine them with the ground pork

  3. stuff in 1/2 a green pepper

  4. cook for 20 minutes.

  5. Add Mossarella chesse to each 1/2 and cook at 250 for another 15 minutes
