Tasty boneless pork chops, makes 3 portions with inch thick loin chops.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Pork Chops

260 g(100 g) Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Chops), Boneless
3 small Mushrooms
0.25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 large Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tbsp Cream Cheese Light
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Pork Chops

  1. Chop or crush garlic and mix with philidelphia and parsley

  2. Dice mushrooms and pepper

  3. Combine veg with cheese mix.

  4. Cut chops along outer edge, halfway down, to make a pocket in the loin section.

  5. Stuff the pocket with the cheese and veg.

  6. Heat a frying pan until smoking hot,sear each side for around 1 minute to colour.

  7. Turn down to a med-low heat, cover pan with lid and cook for 10-15 minutes turning occasionally until pork is cooked through.
