1.5 serving Enriched Long Grain Rice
1 clove Garlic
1 cup Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Italian Shredded Cheese
1 tbsp, ground Basil, Dried
24 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
1 serving Chicken Bouillon Bouillon Cubes

Recipe Directions for Stuffed pork chops

  1. Cook rice in 1 cup of chicken broth.

  2. Stir in cheese garlic and basil

  3. trim fat from pork chops and cut slit in center

  4. lightly brown sides in pan

  5. stuff with rice mixture

  6. bake, covered, at 350 for 30 minutes or until cooked through
