Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Poblano peppers (Beef)

5 Poblano peppers
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Poblano peppers (Beef)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat (or cook rice), onions garlic and spices until meat is cooked. Slice the poblanos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and stems. Mix meat (or rice) with tomato. Fill the peppers with the mixture, top with cheese. Arrange stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.

  2. Place peppers in preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
