1 tsp Creole Seasoning
1 serving Mayonnaise
1 serving Dill Relish
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
2 oz Sharp Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers with Tuna

Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut pepper in half, remove top and seeds. Mix tuna, seasoning, mayo and relish. Fill pepper halves, bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake a couple minutes longer until cheese melts.
