Recipe Ingredients for stuffed peppers with rice and beans

6 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1.5 cup Black Beans, Organic
454 2/5 grams Diced Tomatoes with Basil Garlic and Oregano
85 1/5 grams Cilantro

Recipe Directions for stuffed peppers with rice and beans

cut tops off peppers and clean inside of each. mix all other ingredients (rice should be cooked and cooled). stuff peppers (pack firm) and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
