Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

1 red pepper
4 ounces ground turkey
1/4 cup uncooked brown rice
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp basil
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp onion powder

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cut top off pepper and clean insides out.

  2. combine all other ingredients and stuff into pepper.

  3. bake covered with foil for about 1 hour on 350.
