Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

4 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 serving Roasted Vegetable Style
3 cubic inch Feta Cheese
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cook cous cous

  2. Place cous cous and cubed feta inside a pepper.

  3. Sprinkle with a little oil and cook at about 200oC for 20mins.
