Recipe Ingredients for stuffed peppers

1 patty ( yield from 1/4 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Patty
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
0.5 serving Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
1/2 cup Brown Rice
1 dash Salt, Table
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for stuffed peppers

  1. cut peppers in two

  2. mix other ingreedients except for tomato sauce.

  3. stuff pepper halves and cover in tomato sauce.

  4. bake in oven covered until beef is done.
