Stuffed Red Peppers, with Turkey Onions and Mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

2 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

Brown ground turkey, onions and mushrooms on stove. Add dried mustard and hot red chili flakes. Slice whole red peppers in half and clean them out. Place peppers in a sprayed pan, and spoon turkey filling into each one. Cover pan with tin foil and bake on 450 for 20 minutes. Take out of over, uncover tin foil, and sprinkle non fat mozz. cheese on each. Cook without cover for 5-10 more minutes until cheese melts and peppers start to brown.
