Delicious peppers stuffed with a rice and turkey mixture. A whole meal in a little tiny package.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia)(164 g) Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup Wild Rice
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Soup, Chicken Broth Or Bouillon
1 lb Poultry food products, ground turkey, raw
2 clove Garlic
0.25 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cook rice in chicken broth

  2. Brown turkey with onion and garlic

  3. Toss turkey and rice with 1/2 tomato sauce

  4. Cut tops off and core peppers

  5. Fill peppers with turkey and rice mixture

  6. Top peppers and spread on sides remaining sauce

  7. Bake at 350 for an hour
