1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cook Rice for 25 minutes

  2. Brown turkey with onion and garlic

  3. Mix turkey with rice and tomato sauce

  4. Cut tops off peppers and fill with turkey and rice mixture

  5. Bake at 350 for an hour.
