Stuffed Green Peppers in crockpot

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

16 oz Ground Beef
4 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
0.5 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
4 tbsp chopped Onions
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Clean peppers

  2. Mix beef with rest of ingredients

  3. Stuff peppers to 3/4 full

  4. Place in crockpot

  5. Spoon some tomato sauce over tops

  6. Cook on Medium for 6 hours
