Recipe Ingredients for stuffed peppers

6 yellow peppers
2 slices bread
1 egg
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
1/4 cup milk
1 pound ground turkey
2 chopped tomatoes
1 cup white wine

Recipe Directions for stuffed peppers

  1. halve the peppers

  2. rip bread like stuffing

  3. add garlic, parsley and milk (mix together)

  4. add turkey and egg (mix all together)

  5. stuff peppers with the meat mixture

  6. bake 30 minutes

  7. add tomatoes and wine to sautee pan

  8. sautee for about 10-15 minutes or desired time

  9. ladle tomatoes over peppers

  10. bake another 20-30 minutes
