Recipe Ingredients for stuffed peppers

1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 cup water
3 green peppers
16 ounce tomato sauce
1/4 tbls garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for stuffed peppers

  1. preheat oven 350 deg F

  2. cook rice in water.

  3. brown meat

  4. cut peppers in half, arrange in an open side up.

  5. mix, rice, browned meat, tomatoe sauce (1 can)and all dry ingredients except italian seasoning in a bowl. stuff into peppers.

  6. mix remaining tomatoe paste and italian seaoning, pour over stuffed peppers.

  7. bake 30-45 minutes. basting with sauce
