Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

1 1/2 pounds extra lean ground beef
1 cup cooked brown rice
2 1/2 cup canned tomato sauce
4 medium green peppers

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

Combine all ingredients except green pepper. Divide mix into 8 equal portions and stuff in pepper halves. Cook for 1 hour at 350.
