stuffed red bell peppers (you can add extra veggies if you feel like)

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

8 oz tomato puree
1/2 lb pork sausage
10 oz monterey jack cheese
2 cups white rice

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cook rice and sausage (separately)

  2. Mix rice sausage and tomato and stuff inside 5 red bell peppers seeded and cut into halves

  3. top with cheese and bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees

  4. add spices as you like them
