Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 serving minute rice
1 serving lean ground beef
1 serving bruschetta

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. cut peppers in half lengthwise

  2. clean out seeds

  3. brown ground beef

  4. cook instant rice

  5. mix rice and beef together

  6. put in pepper half

  7. top with bruschetta

  8. bake in oven at 350 for 20 minutes
