Stuffed Peppers -- high in iron, viatmin A, B6, B12, C, selenium

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

1 bell pepper
1/6 pound lean ground beef
1/6 onion, small
1/6 garlic clove
1/6 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup jasmine rice
1 1/2 oz tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cook rice. Brown ground beef with onions and garlic.

  2. Mix with cooked rice and tomato sauce and spices (to taste).

  3. Stuff peppers.

  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

  5. Enjoy!
