Peppers stuffed with beef, cauliflower, celery and spices!

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

6 medium bell peppers
1 lb ground buffalo
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 egg
6 tsp parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

Cut off the tops of peppers, remove membrane. Make sure peppers can stand up while baking. Grate the cauliflower, dice the celery. Mix all ingredients except cheese and stuff into peppers. Add whatever spices you want: garlic, basil, oregano. For medium-rare back at 350 for 45 min, for medium bake for 60 minutes, for well-done bake for 75 minutes. Sprinkle I tsp of cheese on each pepper 10 minutes before done.
