bell peppers stuffed with turkey mince

Recipe Ingredients for stuffed peppers

250 g Turkey
200 g chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 medium bell peppers
1 onion
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 tsp Cheese Cream Light

Recipe Directions for stuffed peppers

  1. cook chopped onion and garlic in oil

  2. add turkey mince and brown

  3. add chopped toms, pepper, paprika and herbs

  4. blanch peepers in boiling water for 30 second and transfer to baking dish filled with 2tbsp water

  5. spoon mince mixture into peppers and top with cream cheese

  6. bake in preheated oven at gas mark 4 for 30 mins
