Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

6 green bell peppers
1 lb ground beef 80/20
1 med yellow onion
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
224 g shredded mozzerella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chicken boullion
1 tbs ground black pepper
32 oz tomato puree

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cook Rice according to packaged directions

  2. Combine all but peppers and puree in a bowl

  3. Stuff peppers with mixture

  4. Top with puree

  5. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour

  6. Poke pepper with tooth pick to make sure pepper is tender
