Green peppers stuffed with beef & rice

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

4 patty ( yield from 1/4 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Patty
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
12 oz Tomato Paste
2 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
4 Green Peppers

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cook hamburger & onion (drain)

  2. Cook rice

  3. Combine hamburger, tomato paste & rice

  4. If dry add 6oz water

  5. Partially steam peppers

  6. Stuff filling into peppers

  7. Bake 1 Hr. @ 350 degrees
