Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

2 medium Green Bell Pepper
16 oz Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef
6 oz Tomato Products
0.25 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
2 oz White Onion

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Par boil the peppers

  2. In the meantime, mix tomato sauce, ground beef, onions and bread crumbs

  3. When peppers boiled but still firm, remove from water, place into baking dish. Stuff ground beef mixture into peppers. Bake at 350 until meat is thoroughly cooked.
