Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

1 lb lean ground beef
15 ounces tomato sauce
8 ounces no salt tomato sauce
1 cup rice
1 medium onion, chopped
6 peppers
4 ounces mozzerella cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

Bring a pot of water to boil (large enough to cook 6 peppers). Slice off tops of peppers and clean out inside. Cook peppers in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and place in a large casserole dish. Cook beef and onion in large pan until browned. Drain and add tomato sauce and rice to pan. Cook until rice expands and absorbs sauce. Spoon rice mixture into peppers and top evenly with mozzerella cheese. Bake at 375 for about 20-25 mins.
