i used 3 large green peppers cut in half

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

24 oz Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
16 oz Ground Turkey
1 serving Ground Cumin
1 serving Italian
1 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
7 oz Cheddar Shredded Cheese
10 oz Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

cut peppers in 1/2, boil for 5 min. cool under cold water. saute onions & garlic, add turkey, cumin, italian seasoning, salt & pepper. cook till pink is gone. in seperate bowl put bread cubes, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes & meat mixture. scoop in pepper halves & place in baking pan. bake uncoverd 325 for 20--25 min.
