Red peppers stuffed with ground turkey and brown rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

5 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
16 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
3 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
14 oz Soup, Chicken Broth
2 tbsp Olive Oil
10 teaspoons McCormick's Taco Seasoning
6 oz Tomato Sauce
6 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium raw Onion Yellow

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cook brown rice in chicken broth.

  2. Brown meat.

  3. Saute vegetables in olive oil.

  4. Mix meat and veg. Add taco seasoning. Add rice. Add some tomato sauce to make it moist. Mix.

  5. Stuff peppers with mixture. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
