peppers stuffed with meat and rice and spinach, cooked in tomato sause

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed peppers

330 g beef, law fat, minced
50 g onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp rice, baldo
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 peppers, green, round, fresh, sweet
2 peppers, red, round, fresh, sweet
40 g spinach, fresh, chopped
350 g tomato, fresh, skinned, mashed
300 g water

Recipe Directions for Stuffed peppers

  1. mix minced meat, semi-cooked rice, onion, 1 tsp salt, add spices of your taste and 2 tbsp water

  2. empty peppers to make them like cups

  3. stuff pepper cups with spinach and minced meat mix

  4. place them in a deep pan

  5. add tomato puree and water and salt to the pan

  6. put on medium heat till boiling, then change to law heat and cook for 30-40 min with a lid on

  7. serve hot
